Bump the workspace and its 22 local crates to 0.88.0 and add release notes for UUID, wallet and trading credential filtering. The 11 new rules default to placeholder replacement; the notes explain identifier coverage, observation mode and JSON boundaries.
The control-plane protocol remains 58 and the request-store schema remains 28. External dependencies are unchanged.
