Added a .json settings file to customize the keyboard shortcut to run the function. Check the README.md on how to customize.

Fixes major keyboard input lag while running program.
Added a reload settings option to the system tray to prevent needing to restart to change settings
Now using os._exit for exiting the program via system tray
Now running icon.run_detached() instead of icon_run() for system tray icon
