Unblocks the openclaw 2026.10.6 bump (PR #23): its preinstall requires Node >=24.22.1 <25 || >=26.12.1 but CI resolved node-version 24 to 24.21.0. Pins both workflows to 24.22.2, adds the matching engines field, and caps Dependabot at 5 open PRs.
