Installation

It's a chrome extension so i hope that tells you how to install it, but if not.

  Download  MakimuraMenu.zip
  go to chrome://extensions
  Enable developer mode 
  Drag and drop the zip 
  Say yes to whatever and that should be it 

I recommend sticking to chromium based browsers since i've only really tested it there, firefox has some annoying security measures that prevent some functionality.
