Problem: Changes merged since 0.1.4 have no release. The published RPM and version metadata still identify 0.1.4.

Solution: Prepare 1.0.0 from the current main commit. Update Cargo, AppStream, and RPM metadata together without changing dependencies or application behavior. The release includes image-cache and playback fixes plus the experimental Arch package recipe.

Tests: Local cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --locked --all-targets -- -D warnings, cargo test --locked (195 passed, 16 ignored), cargo build --release --locked, ShellCheck, desktop-file validation, and AppStream validation passed. The packaging Python suite could not complete on Arch because its RPM-ordering test imports Fedora's rpm module. Required Fedora CI is pending.

Note: This PR prepares the signed tag and Fedora RPM. The Arch recipe remains pinned to 0.1.4 until the 1.0.0 tag exists. Publication requires review of the exact draft assets.
