Information about the mod itself is on the modrinth page. This wiki only explains how to customize Tool Trims Mod with resourcepacks/mod resources.

Tool Trims Mod uses a custom resource system to automatically generate trims, simplifying mod compat.

• To add compat with a custom trim material, read Client Trim Material
• To add trim compat to modded tools, read Client Trim Overlay
• To add a custom tool trim pattern, read Client Trim Pattern

Note the wiki only applies to version 2.0.0 and up, which is only supported on Minecraft 26.1 and up
