This PR aims to bring TNPC into the modern age, ditching java 8 for good and moving into the realm of Java 21. The focus being readability and usability without having half-baked concepts inside and remove the outdated ideas that were used as proof-of-concept, which never took off and were most likely dumb to begin with.
