Award entries are confirmed and publicly announced decisions; candidates are tracked separately. The repository publishes public records; detailed assessment criteria and deliberations are not included.
We recommend the new MathDB process for the 49 pilot problems. Submit Solution, Lean or Exposition materials through the confirmed MathDB link in the selected entry. After technical and reward-condition checks pass, the official agent creates or updates a claim and notifies the contributor, copying the prize team. Contributors respond personally; no merged proof PR is required. Category public review, identity and payment conditions still apply. Activation and unresolved mappings are recorded in the pilot register.
The pilot will expand gradually. Problems outside the register follow the legacy steps below. Preserve existing claims and review history when migrating them under a recorded transition decision.
We recommend checking existing PRs for the same problem and contribution type before submitting to help avoid duplicate work.
Submit complete solution and proof references through the PR template. Read the contribution guidelines for evidence requirements and the award process for claims, identity checks, public review and award delivery. Current candidates appear in the public notice table.
Use the issue forms to recommend a problem, claim your own contribution, correct a record or raise a dispute. Follow the Code of Conduct and keep private identity, contact and payment details out of public issues.
Maintain candidates and announced awards in Markdown through reviewed PRs. See the record guide for evidence and optional templates.
