Add the separated admin frontend, live face verification, compare and OTB flows, wallet payments, speed-rating handling, and a calmer chess-focused UI shell. Expand CI so feature branch pushes run backend, frontend, and admin frontend checks without requiring OAuth secrets.
Declare ORM indexes created by migrations so Alembic drift checks pass. Make the admin frontend package self-contained so Linux CI typechecks it without depending on public app internals.
