This is RunKV version of vLLM(Forked From vanilla vLLM).

- Clone the resposity:

cd vllm-RunKV
- create venv
uv venv --python 3.12 --seed

- config cuda environment
export CUDA_HOME=/usr/local/cuda-12.8
export PATH="$CUDA_HOME/bin:$PATH"
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="$CUDA_HOME/lib64:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH:-}"
- install torch
uv pip install torch torchvision torchaudio --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128
- install dependencies
python -m pip install -r requirements/build.txt
- compile runkv kernel

python setup_runkv.py build_ext --inplace
