The final commit of #7 dropped the root LICENSE and kept only LICENSES/MPL-2.0.txt. GitHub's license detection reads only the repo root, so tiwcg showed no license. Add a root LICENSE byte-identical to LICENSES/MPL-2.0.txt (the official MPL-2.0 text).

Cause
#7 (merged 2026-09-27 09:25 PT) at first added a root
LICENSE, but its final commit ("drop root LICENSE, keep LICENSES/MPL-2.0.txt") removed it before the squash merge. That leftLICENSES/MPL-2.0.txtas the only copy. GitHub's license detection reads only the repo root, so tiwcg shows no license (gh api repos/The-Interdependency/tiwcg --jq .licensereturnsnull). The locallicenseein #7 still found MPL-2.0 because it also scansLICENSES/, which GitHub doesn't.Fix
Add a root
LICENSEthat is byte-identical toLICENSES/MPL-2.0.txt. Nothing else changes. The README link toLICENSES/MPL-2.0.txtstill works, so I left it as is.REUSE.tomlis unchanged.Verification
