…nsumers Add The-Interdependency/uchc, tiwcg and The-Interdependency.github.io to ORG_DISTRIBUTION.md's active vendoring consumers and to the weekly consumer-drift.yml matrix; a new test keeps the two lists identical. Regenerate skill-lib_msdmd.ts (hashed inputs changed).

tiwcgwill report drift until tiwcg#9 (the sync to38c6433) merges.uchcwill report drift until its batch-3 sync merges.The-Interdependency.github.iowill report drift: its vendoredwebsite-builder-journallacks the canonicalREADME.md. The sync PR for that repo is blocked athmmm, because its own journal contract requires a builder entry with the exact runtime model. The workflow only detects drift; it opens nothing.
