Adds an organizing committee section to the homepage and makes the Task 2 live-trading leaderboard reachable from the main site, in the same places as the Task 1 leaderboard.

Organizers

• New 07 / Organizers section at the bottom of the homepage, plus an Organizers link in the header nav.
• Nine organizers in a 3-column grid (1 column on mobile): Zhuohan Xie (MBZUAI), Yankai Chen (MBZUAI), Xueqing Peng (Yale University), Yuechen Jiang (University of Manchester), Yan Wang (Yale University), Lingfei Qian (Yale University), Yupeng Cao (Yale University), Xue (Steve) Liu (MBZUAI), and Preslav Nakov (MBZUAI). Preslav is listed last.
• The original six photos and affiliations come from the FinNLP 2026 site and the FinNLP 2026 shared task site. Images are resized to 160 × 160 and stored in public/organizers/ (4–12 KB each).
• New entries use initials in place of unverified portrait assets. Current affiliations and links are verified against Yupeng Cao’s homepage, Steve Liu’s faculty profile, and Preslav Nakov’s faculty profile. Each card links to the person's homepage. Yuechen's card has no link because neither source lists a homepage for her.

Task 2 leaderboard

The leaderboard is not copied into this site. Every entry point links straight to the externally maintained page, Market-Neutral-Hedging-live-trading:

• Homepage hero: a Task 2 leaderboard button next to Task 1 leaderboard.
• Homepage task section: a new Task 2 quick links row (live-trading submission + leaderboard).
• Task 2 hub nav: a Task 2 leaderboard link.

⚠️ Note for Task 2 maintainers

The Task 2 leaderboard is now linked from the official homepage hero, so it is one of the first things visitors and participants will see. Please keep it maintained:

• Keep the URL and the #performance anchor stable. If either changes, update the three links in app/page.tsx and app/task2/page.tsx.
• Keep results current after each settlement.
• Remove test entries before results are final. The board currently shows test, test_2, test_3 and test_4.

Testing

• npm test passes: type-check, static Pages build, 57/57 Node tests, and the public-boundary check.
• Checked rendered screenshots at 1366 px and 390 px: no console errors and no horizontal overflow.

History

This replaces 89d9e02, which was pushed to main directly and then reverted in 583efa1 before review. Unlike that commit, this PR does not add a /task2/leaderboard/ page.
