Pr/initial pip dip equal

[Nan-Tetheria]

This PR did the following:

1. Rearrange the sequence of the joints and actuators to stay consistent with the standard,
2. Fix a mismatch between the range and ctrl range of the thumb.
3. Rearrange the sequence of the initial q pose at the initial key frame and makes the dip and pip equivalent initially.
