build-release.sh copied .build/arm64-apple-macosx/release/yap. On a toolchain that lays the build out under .build/out/Products/Release that path still held a binary from a month ago, so a local build would have packaged the stale one without a word. .build/arm64-apple-macosx/release/yap. On this Mac SwiftPM lays the build out under.build/out/Products/Release(with.build/releasesymlinked to it), and the hardcoded path still held a binary from 7 September, so a localdev-install.shwould have packaged the stale one silently.--show-bin-pathreturns the right directory on either layout; CI builds the same way.Found while installing the live transcript + diarization build locally.
