feat: Webhook integration for team notifications (Feishu/WeChat Work)

Feature Request

Summary

Add webhook support to notify team members via Feishu (Lark) or WeChat Work (WeCom) when certain events occur in TeamAI.

Use Case

Our team uses Feishu/WeChat Work as the primary communication tool. We want to:

1. Track team activity - Know when colleagues push/pull resources
2. Monitor skill usage - Understand which skills are being used
3. Session visibility - Get notified when team members start/stop AI sessions

Proposed Solution

Add webhook configuration in teamai.yaml:

A few questions to better understand the use cases:

• Push / pull events may happen quite frequently, and most of them can already be observed through Git events. What scenarios require these events to be delivered in real time from TeamAI?
• For skill usage, we already have offline usage data/statistics. What would real-time skill-use notifications enable for your team?
• Session start / stop events could be very frequent, especially in a larger team. What kind of workflow or automation are you planning to build on top of these notifications?

I think the key question is which TeamAI events really need to be real-time and actionable, rather than just observable afterwards. Understanding your concrete scenarios would help us design the webhook interface and event set better.
