can't find hosts with Match directive at start of ssh_config

Describe the bug
When I have an ssh config that starts with the following line
Match host * exec "gpg-connect-agent UPDATESTARTUPTTY /bye"
I get the following error.
ERROR [sshping] Failed to parse configuration: Host not found

Moving the directive to the bottom of the file resolves the error.

To Reproduce

1. Install sshping with cargo install sshping
2. run sshping

Expected behavior
I expect the test to run.

This is due to an upstream bug that Match is not picked up by the config parser, also presented in other projects (although not using the same library) like wavetermdev/waveterm#654, alebeck/boring#20, and microsoft/vscode-remote-release#9683. For temporary fix, I'd suggest moving the Match block to the bottom of config, while I will work on a fix for the upstream library.
