As a user, I should to be logged in to see pages#276

Currently all the pages are visible even if you’re not logged in. When you click on the page it should say something to the effect of, “Please log in to view this page” with a link to the login page.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Users can not see pages unless they are logged in
  • If user is not logged in, there is a message to direct them to log in
