As a developer, I would like to use Docker on the Front End

Dockerfile needs to be written for the front end repository.

Acceptance Criteria:

• docker build script should be included in package.json
• build project before building docker image
• dockerfile should copy src files from build directory
• running container should be accessible on the same port as when the project is running locally
• container should make API calls to either deployed or locally running backend
• frontend should run as close to production as possible in container
• container should NOT install devDependencies
