Acceptance Criteria:

• The following additional flake8 plugins and companions are included in our project:
  - [ ] flake8-bugbear
  - [ ] flake8-multiline-containers
  - [ ] flake8-spellcheck
  - [ ] flake8-clean-block
  - [ ] flake8-comprehensions
  - [ ] flake8-eradicate
  - [ ] pep8-naming
  - [ ] black
  - [ ] isort
• All linting is run from pre-commit command
• README.md documentation has been updated to reflect changes to how we run linting and which linters are being used.
