Refactor project to adhere to development skills

• Refactored directory structure to CLI+Web Standard.
• Moved aicontext to internal/aicontext.
• Re-added and refactored utils for Output Lifecycle Pattern with lipgloss/v2 and zerolog for debug logs.
• Refactored cmd/ai-context.go to cmd/root.go, simplified flags and added --debug and --for-ai flags.
• Created internal/server package for web server and mapped frontend assets.
• Updated cmd/web/index.html to internal/server/static/index.html adhering to go-frontend template.
• Replaced custom console and output manager in aicontext with the utils output lifecycle functions.
• Updated Makefile to use project-ci-cd CLI+Web template and include FontAwesome downloads.
• Updated Dockerfile and GitHub Actions workflow using project-ci-cd templates.
• Updated README.md to follow project-readme Frontend-Primary template.
