bun run dev starts PostgreSQL with pgvector and Docling Serve automatically. No Docling setup or dashboard setting is required. Other deployments provide a private TALQO_DOCLING_URL alongside their Docling Serve service and keep the API upload directory persistent. Files that cannot be converted or embedded show a failed state and can be retried from the dashboard.
