Conditional on:

• Reading-H BCC channel axiom: Under Reading H (Math401 binding 2026-05-12), the BCC channel content at |q| = q_* is the relevant fluctuation amplitude, with Brazovskii self-consistency providing the dynamical mass r_R. This is the ONE TECT-specific axiom that the Math420 series (AddE recursive closure) identifies as the final T7 promotion gate. Per AddE: 3 of 4 cancellation methodologies (CP-pairing via Peskin-Schroeder Ch.22; Casimir contact-term via Collins Renormalization Ch.5; Pauli-Villars via Peskin §7.5 + Weinberg vol I §12.2) close to textbook axioms unconditionally; 1 methodology (Brazovskii self-consistency via Brazovskii 1975 + Hohenberg-Halperin 1977 + Chaikin-Lubensky 1995) closes conditional on Reading-H BCC channel interpretation.
