This horizontal bar will squash and stretch as the user scrolls while cycling through certain phrases which represent the opportunities for ColorStack members.
Things to keep in mind:
- Store the phrases in a data structure for improved modularity
- Animations are built into this component, make a case for a good package that can be used to allow for this. (maybe look into the "motion" library)
- Make sure this component will be easy to plop on top of the background, which will be a separate component
