The Join Us section's background should showcase many of ColorStack's event images through a scrolling page of colorfully tinted pictures. Eventually this section will also include animations which move the images up as the user scrolls downward.
Things to keep in mind:
- Use the Next.js Image component
- Keep all images in the /public directory within a separate folder
- Store the image paths in a linear data structure for easy future changes/modularity.
- The background will not be interactive outside of scrolling for now
- The text bar will have to go on top of this component (you might have to make the background a "wrapper")
