Correction\n\nThe Ubuntu 26.04 image now verifies the Node.js tarball correctly, but the minimal runtime layer is missing libatomic.so.1. This internal correction installs Ubuntu's libatomic1 package so Node/npm run on amd64 and arm64.\n\n## Verification\n\n- npm test\n- JavaScript syntax checks\n- PowerShell parser\n- git diff --check\n- both commit and pull-request Docker/Compose gates must be green before merge\n\nThis PR is intentionally limited to the failed image-build correction.
