New Features & Logic: - System Events: Added support for Battery/Charging animations via `SystemEventReceiver`. - Configuration: Implemented Global and Per-App settings for Timeout, Floating Island, and Shade visibility. - Navigation: completely overhauled `NavTranslator` to use a Split Layout (Distance/Time on Left, Instruction on Right) and correct progress bar logic. - Progress: Added "Green Tick" animation for finished downloads and support for "Tracker Icons" (icons moving with the progress bar). - Priority: Added `AppPriorityScreen` with drag-and-drop reordering to let users define which apps take precedence when the 9-island limit is reached. - Localization: Added full Spanish (es) support and extracted all hardcoded strings. UI/UX Improvements (Material 3 Expressive): - Onboarding: Redesigned into a 6-step flow with Device Compatibility checks and blocking permission logic. - Settings: Created `InfoScreen`, `ChangelogHistoryScreen`, and `SetupHealthScreen` with grouped cards and smooth animations. - Home: Updated App List with `SearchBar`, Connected Toggle Buttons for filters, and `EmptyState` components. - Changelog: Added "What's New" modal logic to show changes upon update. Fixes & Refactoring: - Fixed "Junk Filter" aggressively blocking valid updates (e.g., YouTube loading). - Fixed "Frozen Progress" by implementing Content Hashing deduplication in `NotificationReaderService`. - Fixed `IllegalArgumentException` crashes when loading Adaptive Icons in Compose. - Fixed Drag-and-Drop list jitter and scrolling issues. - Removed `HintInfo` usage in favor of standard Action buttons for better compatibility.
