Fixes and improvements

• Rework Wake PC on Controller around a dedicated wake receiver.
• Stop wake mode from enumerating a ghost controller while waiting for the physical controller.
• Keep the Bridge online and visible in the companion app while waiting for a controller.
• Restore Audio Haptics after classic rumble.
• Correct polling intervals across supported host personas.
• Speed up persona switching by removing audio endpoint and haptics shutdown stalls.
• Clarify Bridge health states and refine the Kitsune Input promotion.

Verification

• Dev Companion checks passed.
• Dev standard and Waveshare firmware builds passed and uploaded both UF2 artifacts.
