- Reformat all code blocks to match black style via DAYamlChecker (no change to ast)
- Fix a bug in the (mostly unused) ql_namechange.yml that DAYamlChecker spotted

LGTM, let's either rebase or merge (don't squash) to keep that one bugfix in a separate commit still.
