## Problem and change After the first dependency batch merged, Dependabot opened eight follow-ups. This candidate combines them and fixes the ESLint 10 plugin API incompatibility instead of disabling lint rules. - Upgrade Next to 16.3.6, Astro to 7.3.4, Vitest to 5.0.1, Turbo to 2.11.3, and tailwind-merge to 3.7.0 with a regenerated frozen Bun lockfile. - Upgrade setup-node to v7 and Hummingbird to 2.27.0 in both Swift services. Existing Node 24 and Swift 6.2 toolchains satisfy their requirements. - Adapt the six Next ESLint configurations using official @eslint/compat 2.1.1. This restores removed ESLint APIs used by existing React/accessibility/import plugins, retaining all rules and local overrides. Legacy plugins still declare ESLint <=9 peers; the compatibility adapter supports this migration and lint runs under ESLint 10.11.0. ## Verification Frozen Bun 1.3.14 install, full lint (11 tasks), typecheck (16 tasks), and tests (16 tasks plus 11 Railway tests) pass. Full clean-snapshot `bun run verify` and the policy unit suite pass. All 30 required CI checks passed on a0281ee: https://github.com/Stygian-Tech/atelier/actions/runs/36204121234. No rule disables, check bypasses, production promotion, or database migrations. ## Closeout Tracks ATE-21: https://linear.app/stygian-tech/issue/ATE-21/review-and-merge-september-dependabot-updates-into-dev Consolidates #52, #53, #55, #56, #57, #58, and #59. Each will be closed after successful protected merge and verification that its reviewed update is present in dev. PR #57's original crash was `react/display-name: contextOrFilename.getFilename is not a function`; the official adapter resolves it. Rollback is a normal revert of the merged dependency update.

Completed in #54, merged to dev as 2ea61fe. Verified this reviewed head (da327ea) and its manifest/action/Swift pins are included; regenerated Bun lock resolves all requested package versions. All 30 required checks passed on the identical candidate tree (run 36204121234), and full clean-snapshot verification passed. Closing as superseded; tracked in ATE-21. |
