Second classification with webpage

Use verbs of a 2013 study to build the verb list.
Also add new metadata to each verb:

• CEFR level
• french translation
• irregularity

Also add a webpage to display the verb list.

First classification

This is a first classification. Initial verb list is from Serge Sharoff, 2002, Proc. of Language Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC02).

Contains 1906 verbs total, 1396 from the study. 1906 minus 1396 is the number of aspect pairs added to the list.
