Description of Changes
Adds the AI engine from the SaaS. Note that there is a lot of dead code in it which needs cleaning up, and I'd love to refactor the rest of the Python tooling in this repo to use modern Python tooling like this does, but this PR is big enough on its own, I don't really want to expand the scope any further.
