Summary

• preserve Steve’s new TubeOS, microphone-tempo, palette, and preview work from exact ff0fd79c
• identify the Waveshare carrier with Steve’s existing TubeHardwareMatrixM1 family
• embed the exact v51 propagating Dig2Go and ordinary Athom C3 payloads
• seed the existing fleet offer from the S3 without introducing a new protocol
• keep S3 excluded as a propagation receiver

Verification

• 40 focused contracts pass
• ordinary Dig2Go, propagating Dig2Go, Athom C3, and S3 carrier all build as release 51
• S3 carrier identities: family 2 self, family 1 Dig2Go, family 3 C3
• carrier SHA-256: 3d2ef8f3047780eb1322e0d4448ef7586ce1a39d906b4fea3f143fa7e4c858f0
