Testing out making a websocket and REST api for steempay

Running a test server

Make sure you have an up to date Python 3.6 environment, and install everything in requirements.txt

virtualenv venv_steempay
source venv_steempay/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

To run the server you should be able to run

./manage.py run

You can then open up test.html and click the button to receive details.
