Add CheatDeck 2 to Plugin Store

CheatDeck 2 is a Decky Loader plugin for launching sidecar programs and managing launch options on Steam Deck. It is a GPL-3.0-or-later fork of CheatDeck by SheffeyG, which is already on the store — original authorship is credited in the README (Acknowledgments) and LICENSE.

Beyond the original CheatDeck, CheatDeck 2 adds:

  • A Trainers tab that searches FLiNG Trainer by game name from Gaming Mode, downloads and extracts the selected trainer, and automatically sets its .exe as the Sidecar Program. The original CheatDeck has no trainer discovery/download feature — users must manually source and select a sidecar program themselves.
  • A reliability fix/workaround for Sidecar Program launches on Proton/Wine builds where Proton's own PROTON_REMOTE_DEBUG_CMD hook is silently broken (see GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom#664), via an additional wrapper-script launch-option prefix that runs alongside Proton's own hook.
