Add Deck Mic Toggle to Plugin Store
Deck Mic Toggle adds a simple Quick Access Menu control for muting and unmuting the Steam Deck’s built-in microphone.
The plugin automatically detects the internal microphone and uses the system’s PipeWire/PulseAudio interface to mute or unmute it. It does not disable the audio hardware, modify SteamOS system files, or require root privileges.
The current microphone state is displayed within the plugin, and a re-detection option is provided if the audio device changes.
The plugin is designed to provide a simple, dedicated microphone mute control directly within Steam Gaming Mode.
