Features and improvements

• Add Steam command override
• Support non-Steam apps
• Allow negative launch option priority values
• Backup settings on uninstall and restore them on install
• Improve controller scrolling in the "Debug log" modal
• Allow environment variables to be ordered by priority
• Add a "Apply DLO command" button for each app
