Plugins in Need of Bump to DFL >= 3.19.1

I havr gotten responses from everyone but @0xD34D, @Loidbae. Currently, plugins that have not been updated to DFL >= 3.19.1.

Once the current SteamOS beta release comes to stable, the relevant plugins that have not been updated will no longer work on any branch properly. At that point broken plugins will be hidden from the store until they are patched.
