Summary

  • publish Diátaxis Docs as a genuine Codex marketplace plugin
  • expose the existing umbrella plus 13 focused command skills in Codex and Claude
  • add a safe engine-owned Doctor baseline for repositories without a maintained documentation map
  • bump canonical, marketplace, adapter, and runtime identities to 0.1.5
  • regenerate every distribution through the canonical adapter generator

Why

The 0.1.4 release packaged the documentation engine but exposed only one umbrella skill in marketplace UIs. A genuinely fresh Codex task could also stop at an unavailable result when Doctor encountered a repository without a maintained docs map. The prior automated coverage validated the engine and generated adapters, but it did not exercise the complete installed-plugin flow through a fresh Codex Desktop task.

User impact

  • Codex and Claude now present focused Docs Doctor, Help, Init, Context, Write, Update, Audit, Fix, Map, Classify, Migrate, Check, and Cleanup skills.
  • The existing umbrella invocation remains compatible.
  • Help always displays the complete command tree without repository access.
  • Doctor can produce an explicitly provisional, read-only baseline when safe evidence exists, without granting treatment authority or inventing a maintained map.
  • Codex marketplace installation now registers the 0.1.5 package and its individual skills correctly.

Root cause addressed

The generator treated the marketplace distribution primarily as one umbrella skill and lacked a complete Codex marketplace package boundary. Doctor also treated the absence of a maintained map as a terminal measurement boundary even when bounded root-orientation evidence was safely available.

Validation

  • focused command-skill/evidence checks: 191 tests passed
  • core suite: 283 tests passed
  • full Windows core/lifecycle/trajectory suite passed
  • full Linux-native WSL suite passed from a disposable copy
  • adapter regeneration and parity check passed
  • repository checker: 100%, no findings
  • git diff --check passed
  • local Codex plugin installation reports diataxis-docs@statusnone-skills installed and enabled at 0.1.5 with 13 focused skills
  • fresh Codex Desktop black-box canary with Luna High:
    • attached the marketplace plugin normally
    • Help returned the full 13-command tree
    • Doctor returned a 35% provisional Bulwark baseline with four unreachable documentation files
    • no treatment authority and zero writes
    • Bulwark branch, commit, Git status, and absence of .diataxis remained unchanged
  • independent Sol Ultra review: no P0/P1/P2 findings

Accepted P3 park

5/10: If a same-user actor deliberately introduces a nested symlink/reparse point inside an already-generated distribution, --check may follow it. Normal generation rejects reparses, and no normal install or daily-driver path demonstrated this condition. Addressing it belongs in a focused filesystem-hardening change rather than expanding this release.

Deliberately unchanged

  • rubric v2 weights and scoring
  • provider-rendered-title scoring
  • the accepted 0.1.4 hardening/calibration parks
