Library rows: pause the glow animation and drop SubcomposeAsyncImage #72

Description

@StaticHumStudio

What

Each visible row runs an infinite Canvas glow animation and uses a subcomposed image.

Bite

Scroll cost and battery on a long list. Visible rows only, so it does not scale with library size, but it shows on a mid-range phone.

Proposed shape

  • Pause the glow at zero progress or when system animations are off.
  • Use AsyncImage with a placeholder instead of SubcomposeAsyncImage.

Why not in the big-library build

It is visual polish and was not a load or memory problem.
