Search misses accented case matches #61

What

SQLite LIKE folds case for ASCII only, so a search for élan misses Élan. The wildcard escaping for % and _ already landed in the big-library build, this is the Unicode half.

Bite

Anyone with accented titles or authors (French, Spanish, German, Nordic libraries) gets silent misses. At 10k+ books a missed search reads as the book not being there.

Proposed shape

• Add a normalized, lowercased search column filled at upsert, and search against that.
• Needs a Room migration and a backfill for existing rows.

Why not in the big-library build

It needs a schema migration, and the build was scoped to load performance with no schema change.
