With AMD GPU, torch particles works weird and flickering, especially with vsync off.
Vsync On can cause fps drops a lot so this bug is really annoying.
To Reproduce
Just place a torch on wall and moving around, the particles of torch fire will trying to move with you lol

Create+ 6.0.0 alpha f
Additional context
Please try add Particle Core mod in this modpack and delete AsyncParticles mod , it's also one particle performance mod and it works so fine without any issues
