Google Drive file storage (OBOP_BLOB_STORE) and back office palette/sidebar fixes - #38

The palette rule for the title span also matched the app icon and stretched it into a bar; the title now has its own class. Sidebar section labels get space above and the active item a soft accent background. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
New obop-blob-gdrive crate implementing BlobBytes over the Drive v3 API with an OAuth2 refresh token (drive.file scope), retries and paging; storage CLI drive-authorize and drive-folder, storage check line, DEPLOY docs. Adds obop-blob-gdrive: a BlobBytes store over Drive v3 (OAuth2 refresh token, drive.file), selected with OBOP_BLOB_STORE=gdrive://FOLDER_ID; CLI storage drive-authorize and drive-folder; storage check line; DEPLOY docs.
Also fixes the command palette icons (a span rule stretched them) and the sidebar section spacing.
Tested against a fake Drive only (14 tests); not against real Google.
