docs: promote CipherBid presentation to main

Scope

Promote the verified staging tree (8794855) to main using a target-based snapshot branch, avoiding unrelated squash-history noise.

The tree is exactly the tested presentation candidate 790213d. Only the approved 11 presentation/link/test files differ from the destination. Contracts, dependency locks, deployment manifests and historical execution evidence are unchanged.

Verification

195 local web tests, 6 Chromium journeys, formatting/lint/types/policies and both builds passed. PR #39 also passed the pinned Cairo and web CI. This promotion runs fresh destination CI.

Separate known maintenance

Production audit findings remain: 2 critical Next.js and 1 high sharp advisory. Their server-side surfaces are not hosted by the static Pages deployment; caveats and patched minimum versions are documented. No dependency remediation or blockchain write is included.
