The workstation CI drift guard forbids legacy launcher references under
profiles/linux-dev/workstation-v0.install.shstill contained unused legacy launcher stub functions (not invoked) that referenced forbidden strings.This PR removes those stubs so:
No behavioral changes to the executed install flow.
