Adds:
check-mac-polish.shhelper for Mac polish validationThe helper reports screenshot helper/wrapper,
gnome-screenshot,sushi, screenshot directory, and GNOME custom binding visibility as key=value lines so it can be wired into doctor/status later with low churn.
