Summary
Add the next desktop install slice on top of the merged office-shell installer baseline.

The office-shell launcher path is already on
main, but the installed desktop path still did not stage the search helpers. This follow-on makes the installed shell coherent for local search-to-open behavior and verifies those helpers in the install smoke.
