…BearBrowser agent) Full context for the BearBrowser agent (not previously briefed): the cockpit + bundled agent-machine now assemble + run as one governed unit, but standalone (localhost + a manual runner). The remaining work is browser-side glue to make opening BearBrowser.app BE opening the cockpit — resource:// origin, sidecars launched on startup, newtab pointed at it (cockpit-spec.md §8). Lists what's already merged (PRs #468/#69-76) + the topology to keep + the 4 integration tasks + boundaries/gotchas + definition of done.

A complete brief for the BearBrowser agent to do the browser-side integration, so the cockpit becomes native (resource://, sidecars on startup, newtab → cockpit) instead of the standalone localhost scaffold.
Covers: what already landed (PRs #468, #69–#76) and must not be rebuilt · the governed loopback topology to keep · the 4 integration tasks (stage assemble output into the .app · register
resource://bearbrowser-cockpit/· launch sidecars from the native shell · point newtab/homepage at the cockpit) · boundaries (Noetica package-only, client-vue is pnpm→bun, sovereign skips login, read-only Cellar) · definition of done.Point the BearBrowser agent at
