Career History: remove roles, flag identical records, fix stats and search

Career History can now remove roles, and finds identical records so the copies can go.

Remove

• Each role has a Remove action. Select mode removes several at once, and every removal asks for confirmation first.
• DELETE /api/work-map/roles/:id removes the role with its sites, details, facts, and photos on this machine, and unlinks its worklog entries. prepareWorkMapRoleDelete in core/ checks the request.

Identical records

• flagIdenticalRoles in core/ marks records that match in organization, title, dates, text, and places. They show an "Identical" tag, and "Select identical" picks every copy except the first.

Stats and search

• The role count counts identical records once.
• Tenure adds up work time without counting overlapping roles twice.
• Miles skip moves between roles held at the same time.
• Search matches site addresses, and the stats follow the search.
• An empty search shows a note on the map and a Clear search button, in Career History and in the public preview.

Place

• A place keeps its city when the street is abbreviated (for example "St") or the state carries a zip.
• The Place field shows the saved site's address instead of a bare street number or zip fragment.

Tests: 325 pass. Type check: only the existing GmailSettings.tsx errors.
