PPCC

PPCC (Projective Point Cloud Compression) - C++ implementation for LiDAR point cloud compression using spherical/cylindrical projection and encoding via FFmpeg with H.264/H.265 streaming.And includes full decoding/back-projection to reconstruct original data. Complete with tests and demos.
